Poshmark Case Study

The links below download a narrated presentation of a simulated UX case study on the Poshmark mobile app delivered to Poshmark product managers, the UX team, and executives. In the UX case study I reveal the suffering KPIs that are the impetus for the project, as well as secondary research and generative interviews I conducted prior to the case study. I then posed hypotheses for users’ pain points and a research design that recommended a set of mixed methods studies to evaluate new designs.

Here is my doctoral dissertation on anxiety and civic participation. It combined social psychological and cognitive psychological theories to build and quantitatively test a new theory about how the relationship between anxiety and one’s civic participation is influenced by their level of marginalization.
